I am from Bangalore too... Nice to meet you...

There are quite a few veg restaurants in Jeddah

Metro in Sharafiyah (Area name)
Aryaas in sharafiyah
Snacktime in Sharafiyah as well and one more behind this one...

They offer very good veg food... My fav. is Metro(veg only restaurant)

So you don't have any problems with food here.... Its abundant Alhamdullillah.

Last but not the least, regarding managing food in Ramadan, you don't have any problems either its normal out here...

So don't worry and enjoy your stay in Jeddah....
