i working in the telecommunication company as HRD Officer..
i make it planning for Study English in my office for all employee

Please if you know, how much the rate i should pay the salary for the Native ...

First - you need to be legal.
That involves getting a work permit (US$1,200) and a KITAS (Rp800,000).
Salary ranges from Rp6 million for a poorly trained monkey and wanders up to Rp30 million for top of the range teachers.
