Careless attitude.

My friends husband left home after 13 years, he was jobless from 8 years, she she was handling all expenses with three kids by her job. Now his mobile is off, kids telling that they saw his father to go out of home with bag. They asked but he not replied. Husband and wife was not in good marital status. Mostly physically abuse his wife and she informed other families to make counceling her husband, but he said she created an insulted situation for him. She says he never apologize any act, he thinks he is mr right.

Whole family on his visa, he had invstor visa, right now planning to open restaurant on partnership basis.that information is also disclose by other resources ( another man shared this information).

If we go to embassy, then issue will end on divorce. So mostly of us not finding exact solution.

What should be done, she stopped paying home rent from 2 months and said she will not do any more.

Family visa will over in May 2024. Her visa not changed yet ( approval under process) and she is not willing to do job.

How should she manage all this situation.
