has anyone here (residing in Indonesia) experience with an Indonesian postpaid eSIM account for their phone. If I’m not mistaken, XL and Smartfren only offer eSIM subscriptions. I’m currently with Telkomsel but it seems they don’t offer eSIM which is what I require.

Hi @bennl

Until now, I use postpaid from Indosat under the name Mentari but it's my office that pays for it.  I am a Simpati user from Telkomsel for a personal number. Recently I received an offer from Telkomsel to switch from Simpati to Halo without changing my cellphone number.  Please note that Halo is a postpaid product from Telkomsel.
