Hi, I purchased land in PR

I have already built one home and I am living in it.

I have paid cash for half the building materials for the 2nd home. I need financing to finish paying for the building materials and to pay the builder for the 2nd home.

my property and first home are all paid for free and clear. Property with home is valued at $166,000.

I am in an upscale area, in Camaseyes Aguadilla PR
