Now I want to apply for a temporary detention visa in Ecuador. I have a bachelor degree. I want to apply for a professional immigrant visa. Can you help me?

please note that this new thread has been created from your post on the Ecuador forum so that you may better discuss with members.

"I hadn't heard of a temporary detainment

visa and on the chance that such exists,

I would forget about that and not mention

the term again.

The professional visa is a thing, although

the list of universities approved for this visa

may not include schools in China. However,

an Expat can obtain a visa even if the school

is not on the list.

Coming from China and all, I'd recommend

you work with an Ecuador-based visa specialist

or immigration attorney.
