When 400 is paid to the landlord the cleaner might get only part of that in salary. So your 10% tip based on the total fee will be more than that to the cleaner. Read More

Good advice is already mentioned. Even when possible, loans are very expensive in the DR, normal mortgages already have around 14% interest rate. You will also need onsite presence or, like they say, you will build two houses and one is yours. Read More

I have also seen installments of a small extra pump close to the bathroom. It goes on automatically when you open a tap or it can be wired to a switch. Could be on the same one as the heater. Read More
