Sealing a roof against filtration

Looking to get feedback on pricing.  Internet  gives costs from  300 to 600 pesos per square meter the higher price would include materials.  I’m getting much higher quotes just for labor.

I would seek more quotes, you need to find out if they prep the surface before applying the sealer, like pressure washing, scrub with soap

Seems realistic as we just got a quote that’s around 600 per square meter. That’s with liquid sealer which is not cheap. As there are critical procedures for a good result you need someone who does it right. We got this recommendation from a good friend who is also having his roof done.
