Physical Therapist

We are seeking a licensed and compassionate Physical Therapist (PT) to join our rehabilitation team in Sacramento, CA. This role involves evaluating, diagnosing, and treating patients with movement disorders, injuries, and physical impairments. The PT will design personalized treatment plans aimed at restoring mobility, reducing pain, and enhancing overall patient function. Responsibilities

Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients requiring physical therapy.

Develop and implement customized treatment plans to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Document patient progress, goals, and treatment notes in compliance with healthcare regulations.

Collaborate effectively with physicians, occupational therapists, and other healthcare providers.

Supervise and guide physical therapy assistants and aides.

Stay updated with the latest practices, maintain licensure, and complete required certifications.

Ensure compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, and state regulations.

Qualifications

Graduation from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program.

Active state licensure as a Physical Therapist.

Prior experience in outpatient physical therapy preferred.

Strong problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.

Proficiency with clinical documentation systems and Microsoft Office.

Physical ability to assist patients (up to 50 lbs), frequent standing, walking, and bending.

Salary Range

$90.000 - $110.000 annually
