Center Manager / Site Supervisor - Vibrantcare

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage clinic operations to ensure high-quality patient care.

- Supervise and mentor clinical and administrative staff, ensuring productivity and team engagement.

- Oversee financial performance, including budget management and expense control.

- Develop marketing and referral strategies to drive clinic growth.

- Ensure compliance with state, federal, and company regulations.

- Maintain strong relationships with physicians, payers, and community stakeholders.

- Conduct staff orientations, training, and performance reviews.

- Provide occasional direct patient care as needed.

Qualifications

- Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapy (PT) or Occupational Therapy (OT) program.

- Active state licensure as PT/OT.

- Prior management or supervisory experience in a healthcare or rehabilitation setting.

- Strong understanding of healthcare compliance and operational efficiency.

- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).

- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment.
