Customer service in the field of a helpline for customers inside/outside Spain - INBOUND and OUTBOUND in the field of car assistance request processes and other tasks related to assistance services provided in the framework of insurance.

Requirements:
- Fluency in Spanish;
- Fluency in English and/or French;
- Good communication and argumentation skills;
- Good conflict management skills;
- Adequate vocabulary, good diction, verbal fluency and tone of voice;
- Minimum 11th year of schooling;
- Availability to work shifts with rotating breaks, night shift, holidays and weekends.
- Place of work: Lisbon;
- Training period: 4 weeks, starting in May. The training will last 7 hours a day, from 9 am to 5 pm - with fixed breaks on Saturdays and Sundays;
- Contract of employment for an indefinite period;
- Normal Working Period: Weekly 35h, 7 hours per day;
- Shift work and rotating days off;
- Basic Salary Food Allowance.
