I am forwarding my resume to you after seeing the classified ad for an experienced Chef de Partie to join your organization. I would appreciate being considered for the position. I have been part of the hospitality and food service industry for seven years now in smaller venues. I have been looking for a growth opportunity and a chance to further my career in an environment like Westminster for some time. I sure you will agree this prospect is right for both of us.
Westminster is of course noted as a prestigious lodger but it is also highly commended for its hotel & restaurants and the high standards in its menus. I know I can help maintain that reputation. I have an extensive history developing ideas for restaurant menus. As Chef de Partie I have also trained junior chefs and collaborated with senior chefs in the design of recipes menus and food presentation. I am certified in the safety of food handling have a Master's in Culinary Arts and take great pleasure in providing a high level of customer service.
