About the candidate
French chef with 10 years of experience in French, Mediterranean and Italian cuisine, looking for a Head Chef, Sous Chef or Senior Chef de Partie position in Kuala Lumpur / Petaling Jaya.
• Head chef of two brasseries in Corsica (up to 120 covers)
• Sous chef in France and in an Italian restaurant in Quebec, Canada (90 covers)
• Menu creation, ordering, inventory, food cost, team management and training
• Fluent in English and French
Ready to relocate to Malaysia and settle permanently. Available to start as soon as the Employment Pass is approved.
