We are in Sassenage a very quiet and charming place, only 20 minutes on a bike ride. We are super close of big companies : Air Liquide, CEA, Biomérieux, Schneider, etc.
Our house can come fully furnished or not (please tell us asap your preference).
Our house is on 3 independent levels, not counting numerous outbuildings. On the ground floor, you'll find a beautiful 128m² family suite with three bedrooms and two bathrooms, a large cathedral lounge, a dining area and a large kitchen.
In a partially semi-buried basement, you'll find a fully-equipped, independent 33m² studio currently, the garage, a laundry room, a games room, a large storage area, a workshop, etc. Upstairs is a large independent room measuring about 80m² used as an office but with a kitchen and small bathroom. Two-minute walk from a small local public school.
