I am german, from Hamburg and I have been living here since 1986 and honestly I think Paraguay is a country with great opportunities but first of all it's warm here.

hellopy, this is your second post, the first one was very obviously DELETED.
I here-by now ask the moderators of this form to give you another 24H after THIS post to state your case clearly.

About helping in buying some land we need not to talk, BUT HOW MUCH do you take in the case of helping people getting their CARNET?
800Euro? I have no problem with that as long as you have 2 people working for you that will be doing all the leg work.OH, so your alone...well, what to take then... ALL I can say I do not have much experience with papers besides doing mine almost alone, and having done some papers for friend or friends of friends. I once did a ¨Permission to leave¨ for a minor here so he could go back to Austria, That $50 I charged for it was 100% not worth it.I had to run the length of THIS city 3 times before I was able to have that paper in 100% condition...

hellopy, state your case clearly and maybe you´ll live another day, though unfortunately your race is known as those that abuse almost every expat that try´s to come here...
