Agendamentos in Lapa

Tomma11

Hi all,

Just sharing some information for those looking to schedule a Polícia Federal appointment in Lapa, São Paulo soon.

As of today (Monday 22Feb) the earliest available appointments are 10th-13th in MAY. Seems like they refresh these schedules on Mondays but I might be wrong. It's not great, though, how the earliest appointments are only in May...

Anyone know what to do if I want an appointment next month since I can't wait that long?

Are you applying based on reunião familiar?

If so, schedule an appointment even if it’s in May.

Send an email to Migracao.sp@dpf.gov.br
mentioning reunião familiar in the subject line.  Be sure to describe your situation, give your name, date of birth and your protocol number in the email.

I was stuck trying for almost six months; I sent daily emails for about two weeks when I got a response giving me an appointment the day before I was scheduled to leave.

Barring that, you can try to get in to explain to them in Lapa, but that’s a crapshoot.

That's a good idea, I might try emailing them to ask if I can have an appointment in March. I'm actually thinking of whether to use a facilitator, in which case I won't have to do that. Seems easier and I can get help with documents etc.

Yes, I have a VITEM XI so reunião familiar.
