Teachers Aide or remedial reading teacher

I am moving to Pohnpei and will arrive on Sept11th. I am very interested in helping people increase their reading skills. I left college in 1970 so my credentials for teacher have expired a long, long time ago. but I have held positions in my local elementary school as a teachers aide and a Title I remedial reading assistant. (until funding closed down those programs)  I have emailed a couple of the principals but haven't heard anything back, but because school is out it doesn't not surprise me. Anything along these lines there in Pohnpei
