Bank account in Los Angeles no monthly fee no minimum amount

Dear All

I am from Australia and I visit family members at United State Los Angeles twice a year and I am looking to open an account (saving , checking doesn't matter) at united state with :

1- No monthly maintenance fee

2-Not to be restricted to a minimum amount in the bank account

And use looking to have a bank card associated with the account

Is there such an option ?

When I did my research I failed to find an option with majors banks Chase, Bank of America, Wells Fargo,,,,,but I might missed others

Yes I know my creditcard or visacard can to be used at USA
