Raising children as an expat in the USA means discovering new parenting habits. School routines, discipline, food habits, independence, social life… many things may work differently in the USA compared to your home country.

One of the trickiest parts of raising bilingual kids here is finding a school that actually supports the language — for French especially, the programs are scattered across public, charter, and private and there's no single list.

I ended up building a free directory of every French immersion & dual-language school in the US, searchable by city/state, showing public vs private, grades, tuition where it applies, and whether the program runs through high school or stops at elementary.
