Cost to rent a fully furnished villa

Hi, I’m about to retire and I would like to live in Tulum Mexico. Probably doing the winter months. I’m from Chicago originally and I really wanna stay in Tulum from December through May. Any idea of how much it would cost to rent a fully furnished villa 3 to 4 bedroom on the ocean?
