I got a job but they want me to exit ?

Hello everyone I got a job in dubai and since I'm on a visit visa the company is asking me to leave so that they can issue my work visa ? But if I exit and they don't issue anything then what will I do ? Do I really have to exit to get my visa ?

For New Employee Visa you have to exit
1) when you exit with visit visa then you employer can submit new visa for you.
2) After you exit if they did't submit your visa you can't do any thing for employer.

But they say they have already started my processing but it will be issued once i exit is it true? should i call he immigration to confirm if they have submitted application for my visa ?

yap its true, before your exit they can't submit.
