ADVISE/ Relocation to UAE

Dear Sir,

I would appreciate it if you could give me some advice about my relocation to UAE.
As of now i'm working in Saudi Arabia and recently i got a job offer from UAE. My employer/company here will not accept my resignation so easily and i have to serve a notice period of 2 months. And at the other side the new employer in UAE is asking to join ASAP. I planned to take emergency leave with exit-reentry stamp from KSA in-order not to have further delays for my joining.

Please advise if i can go and work in UAE on job visa even if my saudi visa does not have final exit stamp?
Will there be any problem at UAE airport?
Will they deport me back to india or saudia?

Different countries. No issue in that.

Just be ready to be banned in Saudi for 3 years if you leave on exit re-entry and don't come back.
