Job offer at alhafeezoil

I responded to a job offer at Alhafeezoil on LinkedIn and did not go through an interview now they have given me an offer letter and requested me to contact an agency to process my papers. I wrote to the recruiter an email to verify if the job allows for remote work but only responded with an email to contact Carina Lindsell Consults for processing my ex-pat certificate. Is this legit or a scam?

No interview but an offer

Of course it's a scam. They'll ask for money for whatever and documents.
One is pure theft, the other leaves you open to identity theft.
