Hi ,
I am hoping to do a new business venture in Turkey . I will be glad
to get some information on how I can set up a company in Turkey . Or at least a reference to a law firm who can help me to set up and
understand the local requirements . Anyone who can shed some light
onto this matter ???

I am dealing in seafood . Their are certain products I am interested in which is in abundance in Turkey . So I want to open a small business presence in Istanbul . last year I visited Turkey twice and really loved the country . So who knows , maybe I will move there on a permanent basis soon .

hi u must to come first and see a special lawer who can do every thing for u cause it's him who will write by turkish to ankara to open a new work every where u will live so i think it's for 800dolar and then u will receive an agree from ankara which can quickly alowed u to have a work permision and residence good luck

Hi,
To set up a company Turkey you need to find a Certified Publich accountant first.They can handle your job description , register your Tax office and Insurance approvels etc.Little bit complicated but if all the documents ready, all set up process takes maximum 3 days.This is not lawyer business do not spend your time.

Thats true.
My accountant can do it for you . it takes a week time and costs about 3000 usd. if interested you my send me pm.
