Cost depends on your budget and what you need the address for. But If you just need a registered business address, Turkey (Istanbul) is worth considering. Virtual offices start at about $30/month there.

Why Turkey specifically? Beyond the cheap address:

- 80% tax exemption on service export income (effective ~4.6% rate)

- 100% foreign ownership, no local partner needed

- Company registration takes 3-5 business days

- You can set up remotely via power of attorney

I've been using a company called Kamara - they have 8 locations in Istanbul. $30/month for virtual office, $300/month if you need a physical desk. Been with them for a while, no complaints.

If you need a US or UK address specifically, that's a different story - but if you're open to options, Istanbul is hard to beat value-wise.

Quick breakdown of my monthly costs:

- Virtual office (business address): $30

- Accountant: ~$120

- Good apartment: $600-800

- Food/transport: $500-700

Total: about $1,300-1,700/month for everything including a proper

business setup.

Compare that to London ($4,000+) or Dubai ($3,000+).

much better

Is it possible to just keep a virtual office? May I know the process and requirements?

I have a virtual office in UK and US as well. Virtual prescene may help me get local business (to some extent) as my business is mostly online (website, seo etc)
