Searching for the right compound

Hey All,

Im a Lebanese, currently in london. I am moving to Saudi next month for work and trying to find suitable accommodation not too far from Olaya (max 40 mins).

I here compounds are best since i do enjoy sports alot and like to play on my free time. Compounds also seem to offer a sort of social life inside its walls, and that is definitely a plus.

If anyone here has any experience in compound hunting i would greatly appreciate any help.

A bit more about myself, i am a 26 bachelor, looking for a 1 bedroom apartment with a reasonable price (70k is close to my maximum).
