Moving to Riyadh, and looking for a compound recommendation

Adam Zachary

Hello everyone,

I will be moving to Riyadh from Canada in July and am currently looking for a good residential compound. I’m hoping to find a place with excellent services, kids' play areas, and swimming pools.

My budget is 150,000 - 160,000 SAR per year, and I’m looking for either:

A 2-bedroom unit with a maid’s room, or

A 3-bedroom unit

I would really appreciate any recommendations or insights from those familiar with good compounds in Riyadh.

Thank you all in advance!

Hello and welcome,

Unfortunately with that budget it will be very challenging for you to find anything in a compound. Only one i can think of with that sort of price is the Wadi hanifa compound and thats around 130K for a two bedroom apartment. the decent ones like wadi qurtoba, 1 bedroom is 220K
