Except Dabbat I was able to find all the locations in Dubizzle's Neighbourhood drop down menu. May be it has some other name too?

By the way some rent prices are very cheap such as this one which is only SAR420 per month. It comes with a lounge, kitchen and bathroom. I understand this is unfurnished but still it looks very cheap to me. Or is there any catch?
