Good luck finding a good compound for that price with availablity. I think Al Wadi 1 has open villas although not a lot of people speak english there

California looks a long way off finished and I think it is mainly apartments aimed at singles.

I looked at Riyadh village about a year ago and I think it was about SAR165,000. I think Seder is similar if not slightly less.

Al Hamra is SAR300k for a three bed and Nadj is SAR260k.
