If you're talking about the MCV (Medical City Village?) in King Faisal, Riyadh --i have been there for a couple of visits to a friend...and the place is nice , and decent  - but i would not know to your standards or expectation...
It is, of course, a small village, available pool,gym...
The housing units' are villa/complex type...supposedly for families, but is used currently for singles (F)
each unit has 2 floors : 3 rooms in 1F with T&B, small kitchen, living room laundry room, in the GF --> furnished...from LCDs, microwave, Ref, etc.
There's another accommodation for King Faisal expat employees > where you'd be living in flats...a new one is under construction where they will move the MCV singles' residents once completed...
and...yeah...anyone from King faisal here that can help...
? :)

Welcome Dee West ! A suggestion for KSA - Its always better to come here with the open mind and take things in a little relaxed manner. Mostly with the red tape. And I'm sure its gonna be a good experience.

Good Luck !!!
