Please let me know can I take medicines to KSA
If so please advice me what all the documents needed to carrry along with medicines

Depends what it is.
Drugs that are perfectly legal in some countries will get you into serious trouble in Saudi.
Check your specific drug with the Saudi authorities BEFORE you travel and make sure you have a doctor's prescription along with the chemist's paperwork for everything.
