I am more of a mini cooper guy but they seem to have a high maintenance cost here, some one also told me that German cars have over heating issues in extreme weather like Saudi??

bruv, it all depends on your range. Something within camry range or you can afford lexus. Go for ES350 Lexus or if you want a spory touch how about accord coupe its for 96k.
or go for FJ Cruiser 132K, it has awesome resale.

Other than Toyota, Honda and Nissan rest will give you hard time when you decide to sell.

Drove an F J cruiser and it is DIRE ... the tire roll, the wind resistance, you name it.
ES350 is far too expensive for what you get from it ... a jazzed up camry thats all.

Wonder why cant you own a decent british or a german car and still be able to sell at a good price ??
