I want to change my current company, my iqama is expiring in moharam but my company paid my labor fees and our company commercial licence is expired in these cases can i change my current sponsor if got offer from any other company, thanks plz expert reply

Check the Nitaqat status of your iqama bro, if will fall to RED nitaqat you can transfer to new employer without their permission, plus if your iqama is expired you can transfer easily..

Brother you can take transfer by your own will only if you match any one or more conditions from below
1- If your company is RED
2- If your did not receive your salary for continuous 3 months.
3- if your Contract is finished, Be noted i mentioned contract date not iqama date , contract date could be different from your iqama date.
besides this any other reason you need your Sponsor (Kafeel) approval.

Now in your case your iqama fee is paid, but if it is not deducted by ministry for iqama renewal then you must talk to your company for release, once payment is deducted your will be bound for an year or your have to refund all this money by your pocket if they allow you to go to another company. Do not consider QIWA will give you powers to change any company by your wish, they have some set of rules which must be followed.
