Hi Rdl, that will be depends on your 1st company if they will release you with NOC which is going to be required from the 2nd company you were saying, not unless the 2nd company will fully support you with or without it till they get you back. I just hope the 1st company accept your resignation.....just saying. goodluck po :)

thanks bro...another thing than concerns me is: if ever they accept my resignation and give me exit visa, can i come back to saudi immediately or will it take few months?

Discuss details with the second company and inquire them what they would offer you to support your case, and it is, almost, always a beautiful idea to have documentations supporting their claims so that you could rely on them a bit more.

Also, unless the second offer is way higher than the first offer, I would not take this risk, as the headache behind it also worth a lot.

You could always discuss the availability when your contract ends (but don't tell them when your contract ends unless if absolutely necessary). Let them know you are still content where you are, but you always seek professional development. I hope that is what you feel anyway, to be honest with them.

Just don't forget you already have a job in your hand.

It's your call...

Goodluck!

Whatever you purpose on leaving never tell your 1st company for they could banned you in KSA, I hope your 2nd company is that notorious that they could overcome the possible consequences. Before you leave bring a black and white document from 2nd company about your commitments on working with them. godluck :)

kasi hindi mo natapos ang contract sa 1st company.. general ruling yan...
