Can an expat be GM in 2 or more entities in KSA?

Hi guys,

I am the GM to my company, and we wish to open 2+ more companies in KSA, will I be able to be the GM for all the entities?

If yes, is it mandatory that I am paid salary monthly with WPS by all the entities? I understand an expat can not have more than 1 job in KSA.

This keeps on changing depending on company set up and whether SAGIA is involved or not.

And it is not about the title, it is about signatory power. Usually they don't allow expats to be signatories on any CR on which they don't have a work or investor visa. And since you can only have the visa on one CR, you cannot be a signatory on another irrespective of whether it is a different entity or a subsidiary. There are ways around it for banking transactions but not government ones.
