How do you pay debt in Najiz?

@XPat 2590 good pm.can I ask what the reason why your account  is frozen? Because I have a problem  too.I taken a loan from TAMAm finance and unfortunately  I was not able to pay 3months installment. I  send a message to them and asked time to reconsider  my request and promise them to pay on my salary date.tbey replied to me that my request is resolved but I received  a message fro mOJ asking me to pay full cash..if I cannot pay it they will freeze my account in alraji?

@chirlton i was scammed and someone made a loan with tamam under my own name. my account got frozen but i am able to get 60% of my salary. 40% is placed on hold. it has been a year

@XPat 2590 how can u get the 60% of ur zalary if they freeze ur account?my bank is  in Alraji ..what will I do to get my remaining salary  pks.advice...and my son are under my iquama both of them are above 18.can they travel  out?and can I renew ny iquama even if I have ongoing case from MOJ?thank u for your time

@XPat 2590 regarding ur queries  according to the legal adviser of tamam the amount hold from ur bank will be deducted as installment for Tamam

@chirlton i go to the bank teller directly to get the salary. they will compute it for you, so you always need to have the manual widrawal form

@chirltonyou can still renew your iqama, all transactions are cash. you could not use online

just go to the bank and withdraw cash 60% of the money.. only 60% you can withdraw in the teller. give your iqama
