Unpaid loan now have travel ban and freeze account

Hello to everyone.. i need some advice, i have 3 mos late payment in tasheel, and they file a case to me in moj and najiz now i have travel ban and enforcement cour order, my bank is freeze 33% of my salary. I can not use my stc, and receive money from western union also. They put restrictions to my iqama. In najiz i check my case it indicated i need to pay full amount but when i called tasheel they if i pay the overdue amount they will cancel the enforcement court order so that i can continue my bank activities. But i guess there still a travel ban until i paid the full amount.

In this situation how can i received money if all my assets are freeze i can not pay my debt any suggested idea? Thanks
