Unpaid credit card

psychedelic84

Hello. I have an unpaid credit balance from NCB credit card amounting to 4,440.82 when I exit on 2019.

I'm already in the Kingdom again and I received an email on my FB messenger that I need to contact their legal department, they received a file from Gulf Cooperation Council. I want to settle my debt in the nearest NCB branch. Does it mean that there is a legal case against me that can lead to travel ban or even land me to jail?

You have been out of the country 6 years, you are going to have to pay back a lot more than you borrowed, you will have interest to pay.

What is the name of the organisation which sent you the email "to contact their legal department"? Was it from a collection agency?
