Unpaid Credit Card debt in NCB

I have an unpaid credit card debt from NCB amounting to SAR 4,440.82 when I exit on 2019. Now I'm working again in the Kingdom, I settled the unpaid loan also that I had, I thought they included the payment for that credit card dues also. Recently, I received a message from my FB messenger asking me to contact their legal department because they have a file under my name from Gulf Cooperation Council.

Is there any legal case against me that will lead to travel ban and land me to jail.

I will travel soon for vacation.

@psychedelic84 what happened to your case? Any follow ups. I have the same case of unpaid cc from NCB since way back 2019. Now i want to travel to KSA thru visit visa. I want to settle my account but im out of KSA now.
