Wrong Name on Qiwa Problem

The name on my qiwa platform is my fathers name how can i change it to my name. On my iqama its my name first then my fathers name so i guess its picking my fathers name as last name or main name I dont know . I have contacted Qiwa through their support tab in the bottom right side and updated multiple requests on qiwa helpcenter website but they dont reply and i have already waited for their reply for 1 month but they are still not replying plz help.
