I have been offered the following pay package:

1. QR 40,000 per month
2. QR 19,000 housing allowance per month
3. QR 3,500 car allowance per month
4. 42 calendar days annual leave
5. Additionally All public holidays
6. Private Heath Insurance.
7. QR 250 per month cell phone
Total pay package per month of QR 62,750

Where does this fall in relation to overall pay packages ?
What type of car will 3500 per month cover?
What type of residence will 19,000 per month cover ?
How many days of annual leave are typical ?

Finally, in your opinion is this above, below or average pay ?

this is a high scale in Qatar
and would let you live fancy life here

but depends on your field, it maybe AVG in your field, but as Qatar salaries scale now its high
