Will NOC be required to change job during Probation Period

gill786

Hi All,

I'm working in a company which is sinking down rapidly due to financial crisis and may shut down in next few weeks, strangely they hired me 2 months back knowing their situation, I'd like to continue but may not get salary due to company financials, by looking at the company situation I searched for another job and getting another offer, now the question comes that, "Will NOC be required to switch to other company if resigned / terminated during Probationary Period?"

Will there be any sympathy from the Govt. authorities in this matter since I'm still within the probation period.

Appreciate your response soonest.

Thanks

For the benefit of others, I am sharing what I had replied to you privately :

Hi gill786,

Unfortunately, you must have your last employer's NOC if you have to shift jobs within the country.

Since you say your company might go bust, the management should not have any problems in issuing the NOC for whoever needs one.

Better to talk to them quickly and ask for your NOC so that you may land another job and shift your employment visa.

The NOC is mandatory. Get it quickly, if you wish to continue.
