Dispute of company accommodation

I had filled a labour case which was resolved in the court, the company gave me noc but my lawyer forgot to give them keys of company accommodation to them ( after I had filled the labour case I had submitted the keys to my lawyers but the company was refusing to take the keys from lawyer). Now the company has filled fresh complaint against me. My lawyer had told me that he had submitted the keys to court, so I had no idea. But can't blame the lawyer ( cos he may create problem for me). What should I do

Try to collect the evidence and share with new employer for visa processing ,,, Thats the only thing you could do now otherwise you have to discuss with your previous employer to resolve this

@vaelvael , I have already got the NOC from them and working under some other company, from past 2 months. They previous employer never wanted to negotiate and decided to go to court only.
