pre employment medical checkup - unfit to fit

hi

can you please someone explain to me my medical checkup report first it came unfit and again after medical commission decision its changed as fit to work but my employer considering my first report and there telling I cannot work?

can you please update in this case what is the next step i can take.

If final report is fit, then you are definitely fit. You need to persuade your employer. If they are not getting your point, then I don't think there is another way to make it happen.

While the government is saying now that you are fit to work; an employer can choose to withdraw their offer for whatever reason.  You have no other options except to convince your employer.

I guess you should visit MoH directly and ask them to guide you through the process, if anyone has done it earlier I am sure they would reply.
