First visit the government Clinic /Hospital at your CPR Address area.
They will conduct a pregnancy test
if Positive They will open a file
and give you Appointment for the Ultra sound and Folic Acid tablets
You have to submit your wedding certificate to the hospital CPR copy of both
Then the will give you appointment and they will call you for the follow up
Only admission fee 7 BD need to pay.

@rinoalove, charges depend on the quality of service you’re expecting.

If budget is not an issue, a package worth 1200-1500bd will include prenatal consultations, lab tests, ultrasound, confinement in a nice private room before and after the normal delivery. The price can shoot up to 2000bd if you have to undergo c-section.

There are midrange hospitals who offer the same package at a lesser price, around 600-800bd.

The cheapest is to register yourself in a government hospital here, they will instruct you on what you have to do and the papers you have to submit to give birth in their facility at a cheap price of 150bd. Mind you that if you opt for this option, on the day of your confinment and after delivery, even a single visitor is not allowed, be it your parents, your friends, even your husband. I guess their controlling the crowd in the ward.

I want to know can only the delivery be done in government. Should we show from start if from start is the process same.
