Pre employment medical

vibhumehra333

Hi,

My employer has applied for my work visa and have told me about pre employment medical test which is mandatory for Bahrain.

Kindly advice on two issues as below:-

1. I am in medication for BP, do I have to declare that I am taking the medicine or no declaration of such kind is required/advised.

2. I contracted covid in 2021 and developed minor fibrosis. Treatment was done and I recovered. Would this cause any issues in medical

Thanks

Search previous threads (use google as it's easier) where I explained in detail about high blood pressure / hypertension to someone who had similar concerns.  I am not going to type all of that out again or search for you - so make an effort.

@XTang Sometimes I think your replies to persons who need advice can come across as being rude. I am sure your responses can be more seasoned and gentler. People ask because they genuinely dont know and look to you for an answer.

Put yourself in my shoes. If you see my post record, it shows that I have made more than 10K posts. This means that in most cases, the question being asked has been answered by me repeatedly i.e. dozens of times.

What upsets me is when people ask the same question over and over without bothering to search AND sending me repeated private messages of the SAME question using copy and paste.  When I ask them to search, they say "send me link".  I mean, you are facing an issue and you are not even prepared to make an effort?

For people who ask politely and don't do the above, I am gentle :).

@XTang I do get your frustration and I do understand.  However,  there are a few who may not understand how to use the space, yes? All in all, my respect. As stated many people look to you and you have been quite helpful. 😊
