Hi,
I worked in a company more than 2 years. After I complete the2 year I got new offer from another company. Thats why I send resignation letter from Nov 2018 through post. My company received. But company says they cant accept and didnt give the mobilty. So I approach LMRA and applied for the mobility. Any way I complete the notice period and resign from dec 31st. But the company owner didnt give my 3 months salary, leave salary, indemnity and also my passport. He is threatening me , he filing a case against me. So I complianed in police station he given the statement as he dont have the passport and I already collected the settlement. Now the case is transferd to the prosecution. Now iam working in a new company with their own visa.
1, what is the case procedure in prosecution?
2, how can I check, any case filed by company against me. I didnt get any letter from court?
3, any chance to win this case?
4, next what I need to do?

The best advice I can give you is to get a lawyer.

The steps are generally:

1) File a case in MOL to get salary and dues. When you win and if employer doesn't accept, the case goes to high court. If he loses and still doesn't accept, it goes to execution court. At this stage, they WILL accept because execution court will block their CR and bank accounts. But this will take time
2) Police station is only for passport and not for dues

As I said, this is a complicated process based on what you described and you, yourself will struggle a lot. Get a lawyer. Try Citizens advice on facebook or Khalid Khan. Google.
