Hi there! I just want to know what happens next if the defendant just ignores the court's decision to pay? And...Does he already have a travel ban or do I still need to request it?

Offcourse the next decision by the court will be harsh, it will be much serious. Your second part of the question is not clear.

If payment is not made, you can approach the execution court to recover the money.  The execution court will freeze bank accounts, apply travel ban etc.
