Is it possible runway case to investor holder?

Hi sir, my visa was investor before then the company was closed. Visa also cancelled . Now my sponsor said he will make me runway case is it possible.?

Your sponsor is a company and you are part owner of that company. As far as I know, you can't be marked as runaway.

I called to the lmra call service. then I asked to change investor to flexi . They said no way. And my question is they could be penalties for me because I don't have visa .?? Because they knows now I don't have visa , so the customer call service will penalties to me??

You cannot get flexi visa.


Secondly, penalties are applied by immigration when you try to leave or are caught in a sweep.
