Hi XTang,

I had to leave my previous employer, before my probation period, and they agreed to keep my visa till 31st may 23. I got another job by 20th may 23 and informed my previous employer about this. As of today, 17 july 23, my visa is applied for transfer and waiting for the payment stage, I have informed my previous employer about this and even gave my current HR contact number as well, but still my previous employer is threatening me by saying, they will file a police complaint against me. Can they actually file a complaint? What should i do, please advice.

Keep all the records of your resignation and ask new employer to apply for visa. Then see how it goes.
